Raised by a single mother, Graziella (Grazi) Tucci works at Vegas Vibes, a mediocre publication with a boss who often acts undesirable. Having no money for college, this company was one of the only places that didn’t require a degree. She gets an assignment for a good cause –to find missing women in Carson City, NV. Her boss knows a police officer in that area and they think some of the girls have been blackmailed or coerced into working at some of the legal brothels. If she takes the assignment, they will have an exclusive on the breaking story.

Grazi’s current job is making the coffee and doing silly filler articles and fluff stuff. Her boss hands her a plumb assignment where she might uncover the truth and help these girls. And get a raise, her own office – and a byline on a real story.

The only caveat: She must go undercover as a courtesan at the Polka Dot Parlor Brothel!

She recently turned twenty-one and has been with her boyfriend through high school. Everyone expects them to marry. He even gave her a “promise” ring. She’s unsure about marriage right now. They just started having sex about two months ago, and while Grazi is certainly no expert, she doesn’t understand why everyone makes a big deal about it. Grazi uses her grandmother’s name, Bella, while undercover. Jake, the police officer that her boss knows is the only one who knows her identity. She meets a mysterious stranger on the plane. She breaks the heel of her shoe upon arrival and is carried inside the brothel by gorgeous Jake. She’s terrified that she might have to conduct her interview naked. She’s crushing on both Jake the cop and her “trainer” Greg. The two men hate each other. Some of the customers start a waiting list for her services once she has finished her training period. She meets some of the girls and tries to guess who might be forced to be there. Can she confide in anyone or will someone blow her cover? Speaking of blowing, the brothel’s menu includes many things new to Grazi. What exactly is a Grapefruit Blow Job? Does it come with toast and coffee?

She doesn’t know what will happen during her “training” period and doesn’t know who, if anyone, she can trust. To remain undercover she knows she must trade in her rosary beads for anal beads.
