Yes – of course I do! If I’m not feeling aroused by the scene, neither will the readers.
LIkewise, i want to laugh at the funny moments also. It’s especially satisfying when my romance writer critique group friends laugh at what is supposed to be funny. (I don’t ask if the writing makes them horny – I just assume they all are anyway. Romance writers have extremely funny discussions.
